Fredericksburg, Virginia Advantage Business Advisors, Inc. (ABA) today announced that it acted as the exclusive mergers and acquisitions advisor to Fredericksburg Limousine, Inc. in the acquisition of Anytime Limousines, LLC.
The combined businesses, which will ultimately trade as Anytime Limousines, offer multiple transportation options to the traveling public. The parties began discussions earlier this year and immediate synergies were recognized. “The timing was perfect,” according to Charles Randall, president and CEO of Fredericksburg Limousines. “This acquisition provides an expanded platform for us in service lines, as well as, an expanded geographic footprint which helps us accomplish our growth strategy.” Well known for quality, Fredericksburg Limousine, Inc. which is family owned by Mr. Randall and his wife, Denise has provided quality transportation services since 1996.
The employees will be retained. Price and terms were not disclosed.
